Job summary

Ennismore in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Head Mixologist to lead our bar team and deliver an exceptional beverage experience. You will take ownership of cocktail program design, guest engagement, and daily operations in a luxury setting.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar luxury hotel or restaurant, strong spirits knowledge, leadership and excellent English communication. You will train staff, monitor costs, and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards while creating memorable moments

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and international cocktail trends.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations and lead the bar team.
• Design and update cocktail menus, including signature creations.
• Maintain excellent service standards and guest engagement.
• Monitor stock levels, control costs, and manage supplier orders.
• Train and develop bartenders to ensure consistent quality.
