Job summary

Rixos Hotels Gulf in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Head Mixologist to lead our bar team and deliver an exceptional beverage experience in a luxury setting. You will design cocktails, manage stock, train staff, ensure hygiene standards, and maintain guest engagement, while collaborating with the culinary and beverage program.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment, deep knowledge of spirits and wines, strong leadership, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and international cocktail trends.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
