Job summary

Hilton in Abu Dhabi seeks an Assistant Banquet Manager to oversee the setup and cleanup of food and beverage for banquet functions, ensuring outstanding guest service and profitability. You will supervise service, plan events, greet clients, and lead meetings to maintain high standards.

You will also handle banquet billing, ensure guest satisfaction throughout meals, and manage compliance with beverage service regulations while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, preferably luxury brand.
• Experience in similar function.

Responsibilities

• Supervise food and beverage service during banquet functions to ensure quality service.
• Assist with planning, organizing and execution of all banquet functions (breakfast, luncheons, dinners, receptions).
• Greet and welcome client representatives and guests; respond to requests promptly.
• Participate in and lead department meetings.
• Process banquet checks accurately and efficiently for payment.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.
