Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• 2+ years related work experience preferred.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate service needs to chefs and stewards during functions.
• Prepare and present checks to group contacts for payment.
• Ensure banquet rooms, restaurants, and coffee breaks are ready for service and reflect proper presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of service areas and tableware.
• Assist guests, accommodate dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.
• Follow safety policies and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
