• Assist the culinary team in setting up buffet stations, lighting warming chafers, and refilling dishes.

Daily Hospitality Tasks:

• Polish hundreds of wine glasses and silver cutlery pieces to ensure they are completely free of water spots before table setup.
• Serve multi-course hot meals to large tables of ten people simultaneously following strict five-star hospitality timing rules.
• Clear empty plates and dirty napkins rapidly from the tables without interrupting the conversations of the seated guests.
• Assist the culinary team in setting up massive food buffet stations, lighting warming chafers, and refilling empty dishes.

Rules for Selection:

• Physical Balance: Carrying a massive oval tray loaded with heavy ceramic plates requires excellent body coordination and strong arms.
• Impeccable Grooming: Event servers must maintain flawless personal hygiene, neatly tied hair, and perfectly ironed uniforms to reflect the premium hotel brand.
• Stamina: Standing and walking briskly for shifts that can easily last ten to twelve hours during the busy winter wedding season.
