Job summary

ALFAHIM is seeking a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consultant to drive HR transformation in Abu Dhabi. You will configure and validate modules, bridging HR, Payroll and IT with the implementation partner to ensure SAP standard capabilities meet company policies and regulatory needs.

The role covers end-to-end delivery from discovery to go-live and stabilization, with a focus on governance, data integrity and user experience across Employee Central, Time/Payroll and Talent modules.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
Minimum 5 years' hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience with delivery responsibility.
Knowledge of UAE/GCC HR and payroll practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on SAP SuccessFactors functional expertise for HR transformation.
Lead end-to-end implementation activities, from discovery to go-live and stabilization.
Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and the implementation partner to balance SAP standard capabilities with policy and regulatory needs.
Review designs, manage data migration, security, and integration across modules.
