Job summary

MSZ Consultancy in Dubai seeks a Banking Consultant – Corporate & Personal Banking to advise clients on suitable banking solutions based on activity, nationality and residency status. You will manage end-to-end account opening for Mainland, FreeZone, Offshore, DIFC/ADGM, and Holding entities as well as individuals.

The role requires strong knowledge of UAE banking compliance, KYC, AML, UBO, SOF and SOW; experience with company formation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Banking, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in corporate/personal bank account opening.
• Established relationships with UAE banks.
• Strong knowledge of UAE banking compliance, KYC, AML, UBO, SOF, and SOW.
• Experience with company formation or corporate service providers is an advantage.
• Visa and medical insurance provided.
• Annual air ticket and UAE Labour Law leave.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable corporate and personal banking solutions.
• Manage end-to-end bank account opening for Mainland, FreeZone, Offshore, DIFC/ADGM, and Holding entities, as well as individual clients.
• Review incorporation and KYC documents to ensure compliance with bank and UAE Central Bank requirements.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and follow up until accounts are successfully activated.
• Advise on KYC, AML, UBO, SOF, and SOW requirements, including Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) cases.
• Liaise with Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Accounting teams to deliver seamless client service.
• Maintain regular client communication, providing timely updates and resolving concerns professionally.
• Support cross‑selling of MSZ's broader services, including company formation, PRO, accounting, tax, and Golden Visa services.
