Job summary

MetLife Services and Solutions, LLC in Dubai is seeking a senior sales leader to drive Bancassurance growth and expand partnerships across designated banking partners. You will lead a team of Sales Managers, Insurance Advisors, Specialists and Relationship Managers to deliver agreed objectives across all product lines including Term Life and A&H, with a focus on sustainable, high-quality business.

MBA or equivalent with strong business management and strategic leadership.
Proven leadership capabilities with ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and market share objectives.
Identify and capitalize on Bancassurance opportunities with banking partners.
Lead and coach Sales Managers, Insurance Advisors, Specialists and RMs to meet objectives.
Oversee insurance business across product lines (Term Life, Accident & Health, VUL, etc.).
Drive partnerships and new channels within assigned territory to accelerate growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards across activities.
