You will handle Freon systems, blast freezers, and cold rooms, while following HACCP and safety guidelines to protect product quality and staff safety.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing bakery refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of Freon systems, blast freezers, cold rooms.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with HACCP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration and cooling systems in bakery operations.
• Inspect compressors, condensers, evaporators, thermostats, and piping.
• Check refrigerant levels and recover/recycle refrigerants per regulations.
• Calibrate sensors and controls for energy efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures and lockout/tagout practices.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
