Job Summary:As a Refrigeration Technician you will be responsible for inspecting maintaining and repairing ammonia refrigeration systems ensuring the safety reliability and efficiency of our critical processes. Your technical know-how and proactive approach will directly impact the success and compliance of our plant operations.

Key Responsibilities Ammonia Refrigeration Plant Maintenance & Operation

• Perform routine inspections preventative maintenance and repairs on ammonia refrigeration systems chillers compressors valves and associated plant equipment.
• Monitor plant systems for performance promptly identifying diagnosing and resolving faults or safety concerns to minimise downtime.
• Ensure all ammonia-related activities adhere to relevant legislative requirements health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Oversee plant start-up shutdown and emergency response processes maintaining records as required by statutory and company standards.
• Carry out leak detection and rectification of ammonia systems; respond rapidly to alarms troubleshooting and isolating issues methodically.
