Job summary

Paul Café in Dubai is seeking a Commis to join its bakery team. You will check shelf life, tag production and expiry dates, and report waste. You will receive orders, prepare items following recipes, HACCP standards, and portion control; participate in opening/closing duties; maintain sanitation; ensure stock levels and place store orders if needed.

Fluency in English and 0-1 year in F&B operations are preferred; High School degree a plus; strong teamwork and attention to detail expected.

Qualifications

• High School degree preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience in F&B operations.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Check shelf life and tag production/expiry dates and report waste.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents.
• Receive orders and prepare items according to recipes, HACCP standards, and portion control.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and stocking/receiving goods.
• Ensure sanitation of work station during shift and clean utensils.
• Verify par levels and place orders from internal store.
• Maintain product knowledge to answer inquiries.
