Job summary

Mumzworld is seeking a Category Manager for Baby Gear & Nursery to lead the category strategy, range planning, and vendor negotiations across strollers, car seats, cribs, and more. You’ll own P&L, optimize pricing, stock health, and campaigns to boost sales and profitability.

Collaboration with Marketing, Logistics, Tech, and Customer Care is essential. The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong negotiation skills, and experience in e-commerce or retail buying.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of e-commerce/retail buying or category management experience.
• Strong negotiation skills and a data-driven approach.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms, stock planning and OTB.
• Knowledge of GCC market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategy and range plan.
• Own category P&L and drive revenue and margin.
• Negotiate contracts and promotions with brand partners.
• Source and onboard new brands and products.
• Manage stock planning and OTB with Logistics.
• Coordinate campaigns with Marketing and ensure strong product content.
• Ensure product safety compliance and regulatory requirements.
