Job summary

The Greater Change seeks a Walkie Talkie Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of walkie-talkies, two-way radios and related communication equipment across the UAE. You will acquire new corporate and institutional customers, conduct client meetings, prepare proposals and manage opportunities through to closure.

Ideal candidates will build relationships with procurement teams, contractors and government entities, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure pricing,

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales of telecom or related equipment.
• Ability to develop and manage long-term corporate accounts.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new UAE B2B customers for walkie-talkies and related gear.
• Meet with clients to assess needs, present solutions, and prepare proposals.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead to close, including quotations and delivery coordination.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline forecasts and target progress; monitor market activity.
