Job summary

AME Storage Solutions LLC in Ajman, UAE, is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to identify new B2B opportunities, generate leads, and build client relationships for storage, warehouse, and racking solutions. You will conduct client visits, present solutions, and drive growth while maintaining a strong pipeline.

The role requires cold calling, market research, and travel within the UAE. UAE driving license is mandatory; English and Hindi are needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
B2B sales or business development experience preferred.
Experience in storage solutions, warehouse solutions, racking, industrial products, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Ability to independently conduct client visits and develop new business.
UAE market experience is mandatory.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, networking, online platforms, referrals, and market research.
Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales/business development pipeline.
Conduct client visits, understand customer requirements, and identify suitable business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Introduce and present storage, warehouse, and racking solutions to potential clients.
Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on quotations and proposals with relevant teams.
Follow up with prospective clients regularly and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
Negotiate with clients and support the sales process through to project closure.
Coordinate with technical, project, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Identify new markets, customers, projects, and business opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups, and opportunities.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development and sales targets.
