Würth Gulf FZE is recruiting a Sales Team Leader in Sharjah to lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Consultants. You will drive sales performance, grow customer base, and expand the market through strong leadership and strategic account management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales leadership or team management.
• Strong track record in B2B sales and customer relationship management.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and people development skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• UAE Driving License.
• Experience in industrial, automotive, construction, MRO, or related industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, and ride-alongs to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Monitor team performance, customer activity, productivity, and territory coverage.
• Drive new customer acquisition, retention, and account development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Deliver regular performance reviews, team meetings, and development plans.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and operational standards.
