Job summary

InZone Corporate Services Provider is seeking a results-driven B2B sales professional in Dubai to independently generate leads, secure partnerships, and close deals for accounting, VAT, and compliance services. You will manage client relationships, tailor solutions, and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.

The role requires 2–5 years in B2B sales or partnerships, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong CRM usage to track pipeline and revenue while staying current on UAE regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales, business development, or partnership management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building B2B relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate new B2Bleads through cold calling, networking, referrals, market research, and business outreach.
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic B2B partnerships to enhance market presence and revenue opportunities.
• Sell accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, and compliance service packages to SMEs and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients and partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
• Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and propose tailored accounting solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals end-to-end.
• Coordinate with internal teams to onboard and execute.
• Track and manage leads, pipeline, conversions, and revenue performance using CRM systems.
• Stay updated on UAE accounting regulations, VAT, and corporate tax requirements.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business forums to generate leads and partnerships.
