People (Professional Employers Pvt Ltd) in the UAE is seeking a dynamic Sales & Services Executive with strong B2B sales experience to drive new client acquisition and promote HR staffing and cloud-based ATS solutions across the UAE market.

The role focuses on identifying potential clients, conducting meetings, generating leads, and maintaining sales pipelines to achieve monthly targets while building long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of B2B sales experience in Banking, IT, Telecom, FMCG, or HR Services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation and digital prospecting.
• Knowledge of CRM/sales engagement tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Schedule and conduct meetings to present HR solutions and service offerings.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads using LinkedIn and sales engagement tools.
• Maintain updated sales pipelines, reports, and MIS data.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Analyze sales performance and refine strategies to meet monthly targets.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
