Job summary

People Perfect seeks a dynamic Sales Executive with a strong B2B sales background to drive new client acquisition for HR staffing and cloud-based ATS solutions across the UAE.

You will identify targets via cold outreach and LinkedIn, present HR solutions, generate and nurture leads, and manage pipelines to drive monthly targets and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Banking IT Telecom FMCG or HR Services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation and digital prospecting.
• Knowledge of CRM/sales engagement tools is an advantage.
