Job summary

Tradeling Group in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our Commercial team. You will drive B2B sales in the F&B/FMCG category, build and maintain client relationships, and collaborate with logistics and operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Generate Sales Leads: Proactively identify and engage potential customers.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Sales Performance Reports: Track and report on sales performance regularly.
• Customer Interaction: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with logistics and operations teams to optimize order fulfillment and enhance buyer satisfaction.
