Job summary

Mindfield Resources is seeking a Sales Director with deep B2B and export experience for a UAE-based food manufacturer. The role focuses on expanding business with food manufacturers, industrial customers, foodservice operators and distributors, while growing export markets.

You will lead the sales team across multiple channels, negotiate with distributors and key customers, and collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain on forecasting.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in food, FMCG, ingredients or related categories with significant B2B sales responsibility
• GCC experience is mandatory
• Good command of pricing, margins, credit and working capital
• Experience leading a sales team across more than one channel
• Experience beyond domestic retail and modern trade

Responsibilities

• B2B sales across food manufacturing, industrial, foodservice and institutional customers
• Export sales and distributor development across GCC, Middle East, Africa and other relevant markets
• Identifying countries, customers and applications with room to grow
• Negotiating commercial agreements with distributors and major customers
• Pricing, margins, credit terms and customer profitability
• Forecasting and demand planning with Manufacturing and Supply Chain
• Developing the sales team and setting account/market priorities
• Managing the existing retail business without letting it dominate the strategy
