RTC-1 Employment Services is recruiting a B2B Sales Coordinator for a GCC-focused industrial client in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. You will drive new corporate acquisitions across chemicals, paints, packaging, logistics, and related sectors, manage the complete sales cycle, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time order fulfilment.

You will build strong relationships with manufacturers and procurement teams, aim for monthly targets, perform pipeline management, and provide regular CRM

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales or industrial business development in the GCC.
• Experience in industrial packaging, drums, chemicals, lubricants, paints, manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing.
• Able to handle the full B2B sales cycle including cold calling, lead generation, quotations, negotiations, closing.
• Confident, assertive, target-driven with good communication and CRM/MS Excel proficiency.

• Drive B2B sales growth by identifying and acquiring new corporate clients across manufacturing, chemicals, lubricants, paints, packaging, logistics, and other industrial sectors.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, product presentations, quotations, negotiations, and successful deal closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, factories, procurement teams, and key decision-makers to generate repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through proactive pipeline management, regular client follow-ups, competitor analysis, and accurate CRM reporting while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

• ? Able to handle the full B2B sales cycle, including cold calling, lead generation, identifying decision - makers, quotations, negotiations, closing deals, and repeat business development.
• ? Confident, assertive, and target-driven, with good communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems.
