Miral Destinations, Abu Dhabi, is seeking a B2B Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of campaigns across the UK, Russia, and CIS markets. You will collaborate with overseas sales and trade teams, travel partners, and internal stakeholders to align campaigns with Yas Island objectives.

Responsibilities include developing joint campaigns, tracking performance, and managing partnerships with airlines, OTAs, and TOs.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of marketing experience across relevant disciplines.
• Digital marketing experience required.
• Degree in business, marketing or equivalent.
• Fluent in Russian.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Commercial budget management and forecasting knowledge.
• Previous trade marketing experience in tourism and leisure.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and implement B2B2C and B2B campaigns with partners.
• Develop campaign concepts tailored to markets.
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance.
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across materials.
• Manage strategic partnerships with travel partners.
• Plan sales collateral production with trade partners.
• Create monthly/quarterly performance reports.
• Plan and execute trade exhibitions.
• Stay up to date with marketing trends and best practices.
