Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently is seeking a Marketing Executive for our Dubai on-site office. You will own B2B campaigns from planning to results, collaborating with senior leadership and the sales team.

You will plan email campaigns, deliver events, manage LinkedIn and create marketing collateral, while coordinating with sales to grow leads and track performance for optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in tech, professional services or recruitment/staffing.
• Experience running email campaigns using HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar.
• Experience organising corporate events in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong writing skills in English, with a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and run B2B email campaigns, including segmentation, copy, automation, A/B testing and reporting
• Plan and deliver events end to end: conferences, roundtables, client dinners and webinars, covering logistics, promotion and follow-up
• Manage the company's social media, mainly LinkedIn: content calendar, posts, thought-leadership pieces and engagement
• Create marketing collateral such as case studies, one-pagers, presentations and website updates
• Work with sales to generate and nurture leads, and track pipeline from marketing activity
• Report on campaign performance and recommend improvements

A fast-growing B2B technology services business is hiring a Marketing Executive for its Dubai office (Marina). You'll be a hands-on generalist who owns campaigns from planning to results, working closely with senior leadership and the sales team.

What you'll do

• Plan, build and run B2B email campaigns, including segmentation, copy, automation, A/B testing and reporting
• Plan and deliver events end to end: industry conferences, roundtables, client dinners and webinars, covering logistics, promotion and follow-up
• Manage the company's social media, mainly LinkedIn: content calendar, posts, thought-leadership pieces and engagement
• Create marketing collateral such as case studies, one-pagers, presentations and website updates
• Work with sales to generate and nurture leads, and track pipeline from marketing activity
• Report on campaign performance and recommend improvements

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in tech, professional services or recruitment/staffing
• Proven experience running email campaigns (HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar)
• Experience organising corporate events in the UAE/GCC
• Strong writing skills in English, with a sharp eye for detail
• Organised, self-driven and comfortable running several projects at once
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
