Phoenix Dison is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its machinery and equipment sales team in the UAE. The role focuses on generating new business, building customer relationships, promoting machinery and equipment, and achieving sales targets.

You will identify opportunities, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate with technical, logistics, finance and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in machinery and equipment sales preferred.
• Ability to generate new business and develop customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Promote and sell machinery, equipment, tools and related products to new and existing customers.
• Visit construction companies, contractors, workshops, factories, traders and other potential customers.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms to close sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Maintain relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
