Job summary

TECHVENATION in Abu Dhabi is seeking a B2B IT Sales Executive to drive field sales of IT solutions to UAE businesses. You will visit offices, present IT AMC, CCTV, ERP, CRM, and other services, and close deals to meet monthly targets.

The role is field-based, full-time, with a fixed salary AED 2000–2500 plus commissions. Regular client visits and the ability to build long-term relationships are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, IT sales, telecom, software, or related services preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to conduct regular client visits and independently generate leads.
• Ability to explain business services clearly and professionally.
• Good follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and CRM systems.
• Previous experience selling to UAE businesses is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Visit offices, commercial establishments, restaurants, retail outlets, and other potential corporate clients.
• Identify decision-makers such as business owners, office managers, operations managers, and IT managers.
• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and follow-up.
• Promote IT AMC packages, IT support, CCTV, networking, cybersecurity, CRM, ERP, website development, and digital marketing services.
• Arrange meetings, understand customer requirements, and present suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, negotiate and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, and sales opportunities.
• Develop long-term business relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.
• Work toward agreed monthly sales targets and new-client acquisition goals.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth service delivery after a sale.
