Job summary

MIKAH Coffee in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a commercially driven, Arabic-speaking Business Development Officer to support its growth strategy. You will identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and secure locations for kiosks and coffee shops across the UAE.

The role requires a UAE driving license, own vehicle, and willingness to travel. Responsibilities include developing a pipeline, arranging meetings, negotiating agreements, and reporting progress to meet expansion

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and strong English.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
• Dubai or Sharjah resident.
• Willingness to travel across all seven Emirates.
• Experience in B2B sales, corporate leasing, or similar.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities across government entities, healthcare institutions, corporate offices, commercial properties, and events.
• Establish relationships with decision-makers, property managers, procurement teams and partners.
• Identify and secure suitable locations for kiosks and coffee shops.
• Arrange meetings, site visits, proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects and convert opportunities.
• Monitor market developments and contribute to expansion strategy.
• Achieve business development targets and report progress.
