Job summary

Blueline SEO is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to grow the client base across Dubai and the UAE. The role focuses on B2B sales, client acquisition and revenue generation for digital marketing services.

You will identify potential B2B clients, conduct outreach via cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and field visits, and present SEO and digital marketing solutions to business owners and decision-makers. A strong pipeline, proposal support, and closing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• UAE sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience selling digital marketing, SEO, advertising, web development, SaaS or professional services is an advantage.
• Strong cold calling, prospecting and lead-generation skills.
• Confident approaching business owners and decision-makers.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and sales-closing skills.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
• Self-motivated, organized and target-driven.
• Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
• Existing UAE business network is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential B2B clients across the UAE.
• Generate new opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking and field visits.
• Connect with business owners, marketing managers and key decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects based on their business needs, marketing requirements and budget.
• Arrange online and face-to-face client meetings.
• Present Blueline SEO services including SEO, AI Search Optimization, Google Ads, Meta Ads, web development and digital marketing solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations with support from the marketing team.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and update all activities in the company CRM.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new business.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
• Achieve agreed monthly prospecting, meeting, pipeline and sales targets.
