Job summary

Jobtailor in Dubai is seeking a client-focused Customer Success professional to manage a 10–20 client portfolio, onboard new clients, drive revenue growth, and promote product adoption. You will be the primary contact for Pattern accounts and coordinate renewals with senior Sales teams.

In this role you will keep clients updated on Meta and Google strategy, relay feedback to Product, and collaborate with the EMEA team to optimize campaigns andROI for shared clients.

Qualifications

• Direct, client-facing experience managing a B2B portfolio.
• Solid knowledge of performance marketing, including Meta and Google Ads.
• Data-driven with ability to turn account data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the online retail environment.
• Based in Dubai and fluent in English.
• Arabic is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 10–20 clients, including onboarding, training, revenue growth, and product adoption
• Serve as the primary point of contact and ambassador for Pattern with assigned accounts
• Handle contract renewal and upsell negotiations alongside senior colleagues or Sales when needed
• Run quarterly business reviews and planning sessions with strategic clients and key stakeholders
• Keep clients current on Meta and Google strategies and ROI Hunter updates and experiments
• Feed client feedback into Product
• Build case studies with Marketing to highlight wins
• Build and maintain relationships with Meta and Google partner contacts tied to shared clients
• Collaborate with the EMEA Customer Success team and report regularly to manager Mariam on performance
