Job summary

Global Management Solutions (GMS) is seeking proactive Outdoor Sales Executives to develop new B2B business with fleet operators, rental companies, leasing firms and automotive showrooms in the UAE. You will identify and secure new corporate and fleet customers, promote service contracts and car care packages, and maintain strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in UAE B2B/outdoor sales, a valid UAE driving license, and a network of fleet contacts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B/outdoor sales in the UAE automotive or aftersales market.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Existing network of fleet and corporate contacts is an advantage.
• Good English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new corporate and fleet customers.
• Promote service contracts, extended warranties and car care packages.
• Conduct regular client visits and generate new business opportunities.
• Follow up on quotations and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain existing accounts and identify upselling opportunities.
• Record sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
