Job summary

Apex Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Associate Vice President (Account Manager) to lead NAV calculations, reporting, and client deliverables within Fund Administration. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge and a proactive approach to risk and accuracy.

You will manage a team of fund accounting professionals, coordinate with global centers, and support onboarding of new clients, ensuring timely MIS and audit readiness. 7–9 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of NAV calculation and fund accounting processes.
• Experience with regulatory reporting for fund structures.
• Understanding of US GAAP and IFRS reporting standards.
• Familiarity with Paxus software and advanced Excel usage.
• Accountancy qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NAV preparation and review for hedge fund clients.
• Coordinate daily workflows and client deliverables.
• Assist in subscription, redemption packs and investor communications.
• Liaise with auditors and manage audit processes.
• Ensure regulatory reporting and tax statements accuracy.
