Job summary

RAKBANK is seeking an Associate Vice President – CASA & Deposits Product Manager to drive growth in the Retail Liabilities portfolio, including CASA and Fixed Deposits. You will leverage analytics and campaigns to boost acquisition, engagement, and profitability, while ensuring governance and robust product documentation.

The role demands 3-5 years in portfolio/product management within banking, with a bachelor’s degree and MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Portfolio/ Product Management and Governance.
• Bachelor's degree or related field; MBA preferred.
• Banking industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth and management of the Retail Liabilities portfolio, including CASA, Fixed Deposits, and Everyday Banking products.
• Drive customer lifecycle engagement by identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and increase product penetration.
• Monitor portfolio performance against key metrics such as balances, acquisition, activation, attrition, and profitability.
• Prepare and maintain periodic portfolio performance reports, dashboards, and business insights.
• Conduct data analysis to identify customer trends, growth opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Support portfolio forecasting, budgeting, and business planning for sustainable growth.
• Assist in development and optimization of CASA & Deposit products and propositions.
• Coordinate product launches, pricing updates, and customer communications.
