RAKBANK is seeking an Associate Vice President - CASA & Deposits Product Manager in Dubai to oversee Retail Liabilities products like CASA, Fixed Deposits, and Everyday Banking. You will drive growth through analytics, campaigns, and customer insights to boost acquisition, balances, and profitability.

The role requires strong analytical ability, experience in banking, and collaboration across teams to deliver data-driven strategies while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Portfolio/Product Management and Governance.
• Bachelor's degree or related field, MBA preferred.
• Experience in Banking Industry.

Responsibilities

• Support growth and management of the Retail Liabilities portfolio (CASA, Fixed Deposits, Everyday Banking).
• Drive customer lifecycle engagement to strengthen relationships and increase product penetration.
• Monitor portfolio performance against key metrics such as balances, acquisitions, activation, attrition, and profitability.
• Prepare and maintain periodic portfolio reports, dashboards, and business insights.
• Conduct data analysis to identify customer trends, growth opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Support portfolio forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities.
• Assist in development, enhancement, and optimization of CASA & Deposit products.
• Coordinate product launches, pricing updates, change requests, and customer communications.
• Maintain accurate product documentation and ensure governance frameworks are followed.
• Analyze customer segments and support targeted propositions, campaigns, engagement strategies.
• Perform pricing and competitor analysis, including market benchmarking.
• Develop business cases and evaluate commercial viability of new initiatives and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support approval papers and governance documentation.
