Job summary

RH Aero Systems is seeking a Service Station Manager to lead the Service Centre team, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality while meeting customer deadlines. You will drive KPI reporting and continuous improvement, manage resources and budgets, and coordinate across functions to deliver first-class service.

The role requires strong leadership, engineering knowledge, and familiarity with hydraulics + pneumatics, with occasional travel across the Middle East to support service delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics; electrical maintenance knowledge is a plus.
• Aviation industry experience with ground support equipment is advantageous.
• Good commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Service Centre Team to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Plan and oversee Service Centre operations, including site visits, resource allocation, and deadlines.
• Act as primary escalation point for service issues and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure availability and proper use of tools, PPE, and other resources for safe operations.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and implement continuous improvement.
• Promote SAP usage and maintain service-related records in the system.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and monitor departmental budgets and capacity planning.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure service delivery.
