The role covers Air Products, Warehouse Products, Tools, and Accessories, ensuring the delivery of top-tier services across the region. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge and hands‑on experience with centrifugal compressors, with a strong preference for expertise in Ingersoll Rand Centac machines.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue and Customer Growth

• Drive parts and service sales to support revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.
• Develop and implement distribution strategies to increase customer retention.
• Identify and recapture lost customers while exploring new sales opportunities with actionable strategies.
• Customer and Territory Management.
• Manage customer requirements, ensuring on‑time delivery while addressing lead times and demand fluctuations.
• Build and maintain strong industry relationships with key stakeholders.
• Execute individual sales processes with diligence, ensuring thorough engagement from initiation to close.

Team Leadership and Performance Optimization

• Lead a team of After Sales Engineers and Service Managers.
• Oversee technician deployment to maximize productivity and performance.

Industry Knowledge and Compliance

• Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices, particularly in the oil and gas sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education

• A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Proven ability to manage teams of 5+ technicians or service supervisors.
