Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior Quality leader to oversee product safety, regulatory compliance, and the Quality Management System across aerospace operations. You will lead a team, drive Lean improvements, audits, and establish robust controls to deliver safe and compliant outputs on time and within budget.

Arabic skills are a plus and on-site work in UAE is required. Based at the Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zone, you will partner with site leadership to ensure VOC alignment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of QMS and Safety Management Systems.
• Lean/CI experience in regulated aerospace environments.
• Auditing experience with aerospace OEM/Aftermarket requirements.
• Strong IT skills: MS Office, JDE, SAP, OneStream/HFM.
• Proven leadership and people management abilities.
• Customer-focused with stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site’s Quality function including policy, standards, compliance oversight, and resource management.
• Serve as the management representative for aviation and non-aviation regulatory approvals.
• Oversee the QMS and drive continuous improvement using Lean tools to reduce COPQ.
• Ensure product safety and regulatory compliance across aerospace operations.
• Lead the Quality team and develop capabilities, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive VOC and align with lifecycle requirements from development to in-service.
• Audit programs to ensure compliance and implement effective corrective actions.
