Job summary

GAL Global Aerospace Logistics in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Officer - Compliance Monitoring (AW139) to support the QA audit strategy within the aviation maintenance site.

You will capture KPI data, report to the QA Manager and program management, and help ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. The role also involves travel between maintenance sites and the headquarters across the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Support aviation maintenance site audits as defined in the GAL maintenance contract.
• Assist QA Manager to meet documented QMS audit requirements.
• Develop QA KPI(s) to measure maintenance program performance.
• Carry out audits at headquarters and maintenance sites; perform root cause analysis.
• Prepare monthly statistical and data analysis reports for management.
• Oversee continual improvement program in collaboration with management.
• Recommend changes to the QMS based on data and experience.
• Maintain professional standards in the quality program.
• Familiar with engineering specs, OEM drawings, and repair specs.
• Must be able to travel between sites and headquarters.
