RTX is seeking a strategic Quality leader to manage product safety and regulatory compliance across aerospace operations at the Abu Dhabi facility. The role drives QMS governance, Lean CI, and a strong customer-focused quality culture.

You will lead the Quality team, coordinate audits, and ensure timely, cost-effective results aligned with corporate policies and objectives. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–8 years of managerial experience in a medium-sized facility.
• Extensive knowledge of QMS and Safety Management Systems; CI tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead the site’s Quality function, including policy, standards, compliance oversight, and resource management.
• Serve as the functional management representative for aviation and non-aviation regulatory approvals.
• Act as the site representative for the QMS/Safety Management System and drive continuous improvement and alignment with leadership.
• Provide strategic Quality leadership to ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, and business objectives.
• Lead audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer standards and drive corrective actions.
