Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior Quality Leader to oversee the site's product safety and compliance functions. You will manage the QMS, guide regulatory approvals for aviation and non-aviation, and drive continuous improvement to ensure safe, reliable outputs across aerospace operations.

The role requires collaboration with site leadership and external partners to meet quality objectives. You will lead a team, ensure compliance with industry standards, and act as a trusted advisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of managerial experience in a medium-sized operational facility.
• Extensive knowledge of QMS and Safety Management Systems, measurement and CI tools.
• Experience leading audits in regulated aerospace environments with formal auditor training.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with enterprise systems and IT tools (MS Office, JDE, SAP, OneStream/HFM).

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's Quality function with policy, standards, compliance oversight and resource management.
• Serve as the functional representative for aviation and non-aviation regulatory approvals.
• Act as site representative for QMS, ensure continuous improvement and report performance to leadership.
• Provide strategic Quality leadership to ensure product safety, regulatory compliance and alignment with goals.
• Ensure product and process compliance across aerospace operations, delivering safe, reliable outputs.
• Drive COPQ reduction and prevention of escapes; lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, mitigate risk, and implement improvements.
• Lead and develop the Quality team, ensuring competency and cross-functional collaboration.
