Qualifications

• 14+ years of aviation QA/SMS experience.
• Proven leadership of internal audits and quality assurance reviews.
• Experience preparing executive-level reports and advisory notes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and continuous improvement of QA frameworks for all functions.
• Ensure alignment with ICAO, ISO and Dubai Government standards.
• Provide strategic advisory support to the Executive Director on quality, safety and environmental performance.
• Coordinate internal/external communications and meetings at the executive level.
• Oversee audit programs and timely closure of audit findings.
• Prepare the Sector's annual integrated safety and environmental-quality report.
