Job summary

Sanad Aerotech is seeking a Manager – Gate 2 (Outside Vendor Performance) to oversee repair orders and external vendor performance in aviation MRO. You will coordinate across procurement, warehousing, and kitting to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective repair work for engine components, leveraging Oracle cMRO, Excel, and Power BI for analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• APICS CIPM or CSCP certification preferred.
• 8+ years in supply chain/procurement/vendor performance in aerospace/MRO.
• 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely initiation, approval, and tracking of repair orders in Oracle cMRO workflows.
• Monitor vendor KPIs and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Coordinate with procurement, goods handling, and quality teams to validate repair scope and vendor compliance.
• Lead a team of buyers, prioritizing workloads to engine schedules and vendor lead times.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and drive process improvements.
