Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Technical and Documentation Support: Draft and format technical work instructions, routing sheets, and capability request forms; collate technical justifications and data for repair qualification submissions; maintain accurate records of repair development activities.
• Project Coordination: Track progress of repair capability projects, update trackers and dashboards; schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and coordinate follow-up actions; support tooling, materials, and logistics coordination for repair trials and validations.
• Compliance and Quality Support: Organize and maintain compliance-related documents aligned with GCAA, EASA, and FAA standards; assist in audit preparation by compiling required documentation.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and consolidate performance data from capability trials and production feedback; prepare basic reports and presentations summarizing project status for management.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve workflows and data management; participate in initiatives to enhance documentation quality, turnaround time, and process clarity.

The Officer – Repair Capability Development plays a vital role in supporting the Manager – Repair Capability Development and the broader team within the Aviation & Aero Engine MRO division. This position is responsible for providing technical and administrative assistance in the planning, qualification, and integration of new or enhanced repair capabilities within Sanad's MRO operations. Operating under close supervision, the Officer compiles technical data, prepares capability requests, tracks project milestones, coordinates with internal departments, and maintains compliance documentation. This entry-level role offers foundational experience in repair process development within a regulated aerospace environment.

Responsibilities

• Technical and Documentation Support (40%): Draft and format technical work instructions, routing sheets, and capability request forms; collate technical justifications and data for repair qualification submissions; maintain accurate records of repair development activities.
• Project Coordination (25%): Track progress of repair capability projects, update trackers and dashboards; schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and coordinate follow-up actions; support tooling, materials, and logistics coordination for repair trials and validations.
• Compliance and Quality Support (15%): Organize and maintain compliance-related documents aligned with GCAA, EASA, and FAA standards; assist in audit preparation by compiling required documentation.
• Data Analysis and Reporting (10%): Collect and consolidate performance data from capability trials and production feedback; prepare basic reports and presentations summarizing project status for management.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a technical or engineering support role, preferably within MRO, aerospace, or manufacturing environments.
