Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• 10+ years in commercial management within Aviation or Aero Engine MRO.
• At least 5 years in leadership roles managing specialist teams.
• Deep expertise in bid and tender management, financial modelling, cost control, and profitability improvement.
• Strong strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle ERP, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight for bid and cost management teams, establish KPIs, and lead talent development.
• Oversee end-to-end bid processes ensuring governance compliance and review commercial proposals.
• Analyze MRO operations and contract performance to identify cost-saving and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary interface with internal departments and external partners.
• Monitor key financial metrics, manage risk and opportunity identification, and prepare reports for senior leadership.
