Job summary

Sanad Aerotech, Aviation & Aero Engine MRO division, seeks a strategic Commercial Leader to direct bid and cost management teams in Abu Dhabi. You will set KPIs, oversee end-to-end bids, analyze profitability, and report financial performance to senior leadership.

The role requires a Master's degree and 10+ years in commercial management within Aviation/MRO, with at least 5 years in leadership. You will leverage Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle ERP, and data visualization tools to drive value.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• 10+ years in commercial management within Aviation or Aero Engine MRO.
• At least 5 years in leadership roles managing specialist teams.
• Deep expertise in bid and tender management, financial modelling, cost control, and profitability improvement.
• Strong strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle ERP, and data visualization tools.
