Job summary

Sanad Aerotech in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Officer – Configuration and Material Control to maintain engine and module configuration records throughout the maintenance process. You will ensure accurate LLP tracking, EVPs, and data integrity in the ERP system in line with OEM standards and customer requirements.

The role requires 5–7 years in Aviation MRO, strong experience with CMRO/Oracle ERP, and a clear understanding of OEM manuals, SBs, ADs, and LLP tracking.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Aerospace or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive aviation MRO experience in configuration management or technical records.
• Experience with ERP suites for task planning, job cards, and system configuration management.
• Familiarity with technical authoring or technician background is desirable.
• Proven experience in using Oracle ERP and OEM manuals, SBs, ADs and LLP tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration control and data setup for engine configurations and related docs.
• Generate and maintain Engine On/Off Logs and Module PTLs for traceability.
• Ensure LLP lists, config summaries, and accessory checklists are finalised before engine release.
• Validate incoming engine accessory data and prepare discrepancy reports.
• Create and update part numbers in CMRO using Java screens or templates.
• Maintain documentation standards for quality and customer expectations.
• Respond to document reviews from customers or auditors.
• Support continuous improvement to documentation quality and turnaround times.
• Track planning milestones for engine configuration readiness; develop IT tool proficiency.
