Job summary

WSP Middle East is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects in aviation, infrastructure, and mega developments. You will drive governance, planning, and client engagement through all lifecycle stages, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 20+ years of experience in project and programme management for large-scale aviation, infrastructure, and mega-development projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design and delivery teams and managing client interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of major aviation, infrastructure, and mixed-use development projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary design and delivery teams across engineering, architecture, planning, and specialist disciplines.
• Maintain strong client relationships with authorities, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring governance and risk management.
