Job summary

WSP in the Middle East seeks a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Land Development to lead complex master planning and infrastructure design in the UAE. Proven project management experience on the planning and design of large and complex Land Development projects in the UAE.
Degree or qualification in Land Development disciplines preferred (e.g. Civil Engineering, Utilities, Roads, Transport Planning, Master Planning).

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Land Development master planning and design projects (Master Planning, Transport Planning, Roads, Utilities, Landscape).
Build and lead cross-functional project teams and provide guidance to achieve project goals.
Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure deliverables meet scope, budgets and timelines.
Develop project budgets, monitor expenditures, and allocate resources efficiently.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Create and control work schedules; manage scope, variance, and change documentation.
Apply WSP quality processes to maintain a high quality standard across the project.
Oversee procurement activities including main agreements, changes, and subcontractor appointments.
Establish stakeholder communication plans and ensure effective information flow.
