Job summary

Qualifications

Degree or honours (12+3 or equivalent).
8 years of experience as an approved Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
Valid UAE-GCAA CAR 66 AMEL CAT B1 or B1+B2 license with endorsements for at least two aircraft types (B777, A350, A380).
CAR 145 organization authorization/QA compliance.
Familiar with UAE-GCAA CAR 66/147 and EASA Part 66/147 requirements.
Ability to assess trainee competence and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

Organize Structured Practical Training for aircraft types per scheduling; raise required documentation (NRI/Logbook entries).
Coordinate with hangar Shift Managers to allocate tasks for training and logbooks.
Ensure AMEL Logbooks and training records meet regulatory and company procedures before approval.
Monitor trainee performance through regular assessments and sign off logbooks.
Stay updated with technical publications and impart knowledge to trainees.
