Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking a skilled Inventory & Analytics Specialist to analyze technical inventory and supply chain data, develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to drive material availability and performance from the Abu Dhabi hub.

You will support projects from requirements through testing and implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and automation tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in inventory, supply chain, data analytics or project activities.
Understanding of aviation inventory, stores and KPIs within aviation.
Experience with aviation ERP/MRO inventory systems, preferably AMOS.
Advanced Power BI and Excel skills.
SQL/Oracle for data extraction and analysis.
Knowledge of Power Automate and/or Python for automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

Analyze inventory, stores and supply chain performance, develop KPIs and dashboards.
Perform inventory and operational analysis to support business decisions.
Develop Power BI dashboards, Excel analyses, and presentations for insights.
Support projects from requirements through testing, implementation and post-implementation support.
Independently manage tasks and deliverables, driving actions to closure.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resolve issues.
Identify opportunities for reporting, process and workflow automation.
Prepare management reports and ad-hoc analyses.
Support inventory strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Balance multiple priorities with attention to detail and delivery under pressure.
