Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking a Solutions & Analytics Analyst - Pricing in Abu Dhabi to design, develop, and continuously improve pricing systems and tools. You will build prototypes, automate processes, and collaborate with Pricing and Revenue Management teams to translate business challenges into technical solutions.

You will work at the intersection of business and technology, applying analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled approaches to support commercial decisions and optimize pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Statistics/OR Business Analytics or related knowledge.
• Hands-on programming, scripting, data analysis, or solution development using Python, SQL, or R.
• Experience developing analytical models, dashboards, automation tools, prototypes, or business applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate findings into practical solutions.
• Ability to work with code and data directly and understand business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop scripts, prototypes, analytical tools, and automation solutions to improve pricing processes.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Revenue Management teams to gather requirements and translate into tech solutions.
• Support development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of pricing and RM systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors to deliver system enhancements and resolve issues.
• Analyze operational data, system performance, and pricing activities to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical models to support decisions.
• Explore AI, advanced analytics, and emerging tech to enhance pricing solutions.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, system enhancements, and releases.
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, training, and ongoing system improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver innovative, practical solutions.
