Etihad Airways is seeking a Manager Recruitment - Engineering to lead a team delivering recruitment for aviation engineering and technical roles. You will craft bold strategies, oversee high-volume and specialist hiring, and partner with senior engineering leaders to drive excellence in talent acquisition.

You will build strong pipelines, optimize assessments, and leverage market insights to compete for top engineering talent worldwide.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading aviation engineering or engineering recruitment teams.
Proven expertise recruiting for both high-volume frontline engineering roles and specialist technical positions.
Deep understanding of engineering talent markets, sourcing strategies and technical assessment methodologies.
Strong people leadership experience, with a track record of managing, coaching and developing recruiters.
Ability to build credibility and influence at senior stakeholder level.
Experience using data, market insights and innovation to drive recruitment performance.
Strong understanding of candidate attraction, assessment and selection best practice.
Degree educated with extensive experience within Talent Acquisition and recruitment leadership.

Responsibilities

Leading and developing a high-performing Engineering recruitment team.
Creating and executing bold recruitment strategies that support Etihad's engineering growth plans.
Acting as a strategic talent advisor to senior engineering leaders and stakeholders.
Developing innovative attraction campaigns and sourcing strategies to engage top engineering talent globally.
Building sustainable talent pipelines across licensed engineers, maintenance, technical operations and specialist engineering disciplines.
Driving assessment excellence, ensuring hiring decisions are robust, objective and aligned to business requirements.
Leveraging market intelligence and competitor insights to strengthen hiring outcomes.
Delivering exceptional service to both candidates and hiring managers while maintaining pace and quality of hire.
Continuously improving recruitment processes, tools and ways of working to enhance performance and efficiency.
